Return/Substitution Policy

Fresh Flowers At RoseHaven, we aim to provide unparalleled flower designs and the highest quality arrangements. Additionally, we aspire to inspire with every product that leaves our store because we truly believe fresh flowers are a symbol that “Every day is a present.” However, we acknowledge that flowers are natural and therefore perishable. Additionally, there are many factors out of our control that affect the conditions of flower arrangements once they exit our business. Once flowers leave our shop premises/delivery vehicle, RoseHaven Studio LLC is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc. If you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement please give us a call or email within 24 hours. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient. Live Plants We endeavor to stock only the healthiest, most beautiful live plants. When you purchase a live potted plant at RoseHaven, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to report any issues. If you are not completely satisfied with the plant you purchased, we will gladly replace the item or provide you with a refund. However, we do request that plants be returned in their original containers. Gift Baskets An RoseHaven Gift Basket or Box is created with care and attention to detail. We feel confident the recipient of any of our gift boxes will be pleased to receive our carefully curated gifts. However, if you find there is an issue with the gift box you purchased, you may report any concerns within 24 hours of purchase. In order to receive an exchange or refund, we ask that gift boxes be returned with all items with which they were purchased, and in their original containers. Refund Processing

  • We will refund the purchase within one day of receiving items along with your original receipt.
  • If a replacement is provided and met the customer’s satisfaction, no refund will be applied.
  • All refunds or product issues must be reported to RoseHaven within the timeframes listed above.

Cancellation Policy

Once we receive your order, we start preparing for it right away, sourcing flowers just for you! For this reason, we require 72 hours notice in advance of the pick-up/delivery date to cancel your flower order. Flower cancellations are eligible for store-credit only. Flower orders cancelled within 48 hours of being placed (but not within the 72 hour pick-up/delivery date) are eligible for a full refund.
